Meet our Hosts

Mike Ferletic

I am the founder and President/CEO of Enterey, Inc., a life sciences consulting firm that has proudly served the industry since 2002. I founded the company after serving in the Life Sciences practice of Ernst & Young / Capgemini. During my career at EY/CG, I was promoted from Consultant to Senior Manager. During that time, I served multiple top tier, global pharmaceutical and biotech companies across the US. My career focus has been providing high quality, personalized service to our clients. I've worked on many projects during this time, most with a focus on process improvement and technology integration, to bring about more efficient operations. I launched Enterey to create a company focused on client needs, and am proud to say that Ensuring Client Success remains our #1 value. I am a proud alumnus of the University of Notre Dame. I'm married with two kids who keep both their parents busy supporting their various pursuits.
